Shipping and returns

Preparation

The order preparation time may vary depending on the availability at all times. After making the purchase at Tatinbags you will receive an email, within a maximum period of 24 hours, informing you of the preparation times for your order.

Packages are usually shipped 1-5 days after payment has been received.

Shipments

Estimated delivery dates:

  • Spain: 2- 4 business days
  • Europe: 3 – 5 business days
  • Outside Europe: 10 – 20 business days

If you need express shipping, you can select it during checkout, you will receive your order within 1-3 business days (depending on your location).

All items are sent with a tracking number through a Courier company or through Certified Mail. Orders will not be served in PO Boxes or in hotels or other non-permanent addresses.

Customs

For shipments to countries outside the European Union and the Canary Islands, the shipment does not include any customs fee or tax that may be applied at the destination. If you refuse to accept the delivery to avoid customs fees, the order cannot be refunded.

Returns & Exchanges

From the moment you receive your order, you have a maximum period of 14 days to change or return it. The package must be returned in perfect condition along with the delivery note or invoice. In case of return, the amount of the item will be paid to the buyer, shipping and return costs will be borne by the buyer.
